Supreme Muesli Bar

Are you in need of an easy breakfast bar to get you going in the morning, or a healthy snack to pick you up? Well, this is the perfect quick tray bake to boost your energy throughout the week. Using one of Essential's timeless products - Supreme Muesli - paired with our newly branded Organic Clear Honey, this is a must-try recipe.

Ingredients

• 100g Vegan Butter (and extra for greasing)
• 500g Essential Supreme Muesli
• 50g Essential Cane Sugar 
• 3 tbsp Essential Clear Honey (you can use Original Honea as a vegan alternative)

Method

To start, grease a medium-sized baking tray. Warm the butter, honey and sugar in a pan, stirring until the butter is melted. Pour in the muesli and stir. When well-mixed pour into the greased baking tray, then press the mixture down so it's 2cm thick, and bake for 12 minutes. Once golden brown take out of the oven and leave to cool before cutting into bars.
