Customer Service Worker - 24 Hours, fixed term – 5 months

Our sales team is looking for a motivated and dependable temporary team member to support us during a busy period. This role is office-based and will involve working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week.
You’ll be helping to process customer orders, respond to enquiries, and provide excellent service over the phone and via email. We’re looking for someone who is organised, a strong communicator, and confident working with systems in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be joining a diverse, dynamic and positive bunch of people aiming to change the world for the better. We are a wholesaler, manufacturer and retailer, proud of specialising in ethically-produced, organic, vegan and GMO-free food, sourced from all corners of the globe.
